Collegeville Institute

Project Overview

I worked with the Collegeville Institute at Saint John’s University to create a new visual identity, stationery system, and website that better communicated their modern relevance.

The new logo uses color, iconography and a renewed emphasis on typography. The icon that accompanies the logo and forms the letters “C‑I” is based on the elongated hexagon shape featured in the wooden chapel doors at the institute.

I updated the website to a modern, responsive design using WordPress. I also created a stationery system, signage, social media guides and templates, and other print materials.

Client Feedback

Elisabeth worked as the Digital Communications Specialist for the Collegeville Institute for Ecumenical and Cultural Research from 2013 to 2016. In her position at the Collegeville Institute Elisabeth worked closely with diverse people from around the United States and Canada and did so with warmth, wisdom, courtesy, and social poise. I do not overstate the case in saying that Elisabeth is an organizational genius. Elisabeth brought a deep sense of responsibility to all aspects of her work at the Collegeville Institute.
